How To Prepare for the Event

Make your hotel and airline reservations!
There are a limited amount of seats and rooms so make your reservations as soon as possible. Reserve your hotel rooms at least 30 days in advance and mention that you are attending the Gartner Summit to receive the best hotel rates.

Plan your time at the Summit with our Agenda Builder
Create and print your planned itinerary in our Agenda Builder tool.

Schedule Meetings with Exhibitors
By using the Agenda Builder tool, you can preview the solution providers who are exhibiting and schedule on-site meetings (face-to-face meetings) in advance.

Print and View the Presentations (available one week before the Event)
This way you can prepare yourself beforehand with your questions. You just need your documentation license key that will come with your attendee email packet a few weeks prior to the event.

Schedule your Analyst one-on-one and Analyst User Roundtable Sessions (available one week before the Event)
Gartner clients can schedule 30 minute sessions with the analyst of their choice during the Summit, subject to availability. Roundtable sessions are one hour sessions with up to 15 end-user peers on a specific Summit topic, moderated by a Gartner analyst. Pre-registration is required for both.

Check to see if there are Summit workshop sessions that require separate registration!

Join the online Community Forum – Applications Insider Forum!

All registered attendees will receive an email with directions and a link to the private online community for the Summit attendees to allow pre and post interaction of peers.
