White Collar Crime: An American Justice Special Edition
Bill Kurtis, the producer and on-air reporter of the popular A&E series American Justice, will question and moderate a discussion between a former federal prosecutor and a perpetrator involved in two of the most highly visible white-collar crime stories of the last decade: Enron and MCI.
Sean Berkowitz is the Former Assistant U.S. Attorney who directed the special task force to investigate the Enron corporate scandal and brought on new regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
Walt Pavlo was a senior manager at MCI who hid millions of dollars of bad debts and uncollectible receivables as well as skim $6 million for himself and a couple of partners over a six-month period.
