Cancellation & Substitution Policy

If a registered delegate is unable to attend the event for any reason:

• a) you may, before the event and at no extra charge, nominate one person in respect of each registered delegate who is unable to attend, as a substitute delegate under this Form, provided that:
  • you advise Gartner in writing of any change in registered delegates.
  • only one delegate pass will be issued to each registered delegate.
  • the substitute delegate must be from the same client organisation that purchased the ticket.
• b) you may cancel registration, in writing, up to 10 business days before the start of the event
  • In the event of any such cancellation, no refunds will be made but the ticket will be reinstated for another event that takes place prior to the expiration date on the face of the ticket.
  • No refunds will be made for non-attendance without prior written 10-day cancellation notice, and the ticket will be forfeited.
