Because with over 150 not-to-be-missed sessions, plus news-making keynotes, and the vast array of tech solutions at ITxpo, Symposium can be an avalanche of information for an individual. Teams can capture everything the organization needs.

In response to this trend, we’re pleased to introduce Symposium Team Programs

If you send 10-14 associates you receive:

• Team registration discount – For every four attendees you send, you can send a fifth for free! (Some restrictions apply, see the Registration form for details. Discount invalid for Symposium Ticket holders and special pricing options.)
• Complimentary Meeting Room – For use by your team during the conference for a two-hour meeting. (Schedules will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so register your team early!)
• Concierge Service to help facilitate onsite activities.
• Access to the members-only Symposium Gold Program lounge.
• Complimentary t-shirts for all team members.

If you send 15 associates or more, you receive all this, plus:

• Complimentary Companion Pass to the special evening event and companion gift.
• Complimentary shuttle service to/from airport.
