CONFERENCE LOCATION
Symposium/ITxpo 2007 will take place at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Transportation will be provided daily to and from the hotels listed below.

COMPANION PROGRAM
There is a companion program available at Symposium/ITxpo 2007. The cost is $375 for each adult (21 years and over), which includes breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday (no lunch on Friday) in the attendee food tents, as well as access to the ITxpo event floor Monday through Thursday. Tickets for the special evening event at a Disney theme park may be purchased for an additional $100. Registrations for the program may be made pre-event (by calling 1-800-778-1997 or 203-316-6757) or on-site.

SPECIAL HOTEL RATES
In order to book your hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel of your choice directly and indicate that you are attending Gartner's Symposium/ITxpo 2007 to receive our negotiated rates. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort, Disney's All Star Sports Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.

FOUR-NIGHT MINIMUM HOTEL
The Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan and Disney's Boardwalk Inn, require a mandatory four-night stay of October 7 to October 11.

Please note the following important cancellation policies: At the Dolphin and Swan, your credit card will be charged for four night's stay 45 days prior to the event (August 22). Hotel room cancellations will be accepted until August 22 at no fee. Cancellations received on or after August 23 will incur the full four-night minimum charge. Changing reservations from one hotel to another is not permitted after August 22.

Reservations at the Yacht & Beach and Boardwalk will be charged for one (1) night's room and tax at the time of the booking. If you cancel a reservation at any of these hotels less than forty-five (45) days before arrival (after August 22), you will be charged for the minimum four-night stay less any advance deposits taken.

THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM HOTEL
The All Star Sports, Port Orleans Riverside and Caribbean Beach resorts are available to accommodate those guests who do not stay for the entire week of Symposium/ITxpo 2007 or are traveling on a per diem basis. Please be advised that a mandatory three-night stay of October 7 to October 10 or October 8 to 11. All reservations at these three hotels will be charged for one (1) night's room and tax at the time of the booking. If you cancel a reservation at any of these hotels less than forty-five (45) days before arrival (after August 22), you will be charged for the minimum three-night stay less any advance deposits taken.

Transportation
Complimentary daily transportation is provided between the listed hotels and the conference location. All listed hotels provide complimentary bus service to Walt Disney World theme parks.

Parking
There is no daily parking available at the Dolphin, Swan, Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, or BoardWalk. Parking for the event will be available for attendees and staff on a complimentary basis at Disney's Wide World of Sports Parking Lot. Shuttles will run continuously to and from this parking lot and the Dolphin.
