Many companies optimize their presence at Symposium/ITxpo by sending five or more attendees and having team meetings during the week. Why? Because one person cannot fully capture 250 not-to-be-missed sessions, news-making keynotes, and the vast array of tech solutions at ITxpo. Teams can capture everything the organization needs. To help your team, we offer Symposium Team Programs for companies sending five or more associates.Send four associates and a fifth can attend for free!
If you send 5-9 associates you receive:
- Team registration discount—For every four attendees you send, you can send a fifth for free! (Some restrictions apply, see the Registration form for details. Discount invalid for Symposium Ticket holders and special pricing options.)
- Complimentary Meeting Room—For use by your team during the conference for a two-hour meeting. (Schedules will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited, so register your team early!)
- Concierge Service to help facilitate onsite activities.
- Complimentary t-shirts for all team members.
- Access to the members-only Symposium Gold Program lounge.
- Rooms have been blocked for teams that sign on by August 6 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and Disney’s Beach Club Resort.** Be sure to reference TEAMSYM when calling to make a reservation.
- Complimentary Companion Pass to the special Tuesday evening event and special companion gift for each team member.
- Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport for each team member.
- Complimentary executive gift for each team member.
