CONFERENCE LOCATION
Symposium/ITxpo 2008 will take place at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Disney's Boardwalk Inn and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Transportation will be provided daily to and from the hotels listed below.
COMPANION PROGRAM
There is a companion program available at Symposium/ITxpo 2008. The cost is $450 for each adult (21 years and over), which includes breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday in the attendee food tents, access to the ITxpo event floor Monday through Thursday, as well as access to the special evening event on Tuesday at Disney Hollywood Studios. Registrations for the program may be made pre-event or on site.
SPECIAL HOTEL RATES
In order to book your hotel accommodations, please contact the hotel of your choice directly and indicate that you are attending Gartner's Symposium/ITxpo 2008 to receive our negotiated rates. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disneys Port Orleans and Disney's All Star Sports Resort.
Reservations at Disney’s Yacht & Beach, Boardwalk, All Star Sports, Port Orleans Riverside and Caribbean Beach Resort will be charged for one (1) night's room and tax at the time of the booking. If you cancel a reservation at any of these hotels less than twenty one (21) days before arrival you will be charged for the minimum three-night stay less any advance deposits taken.

Reservations at Walt Disney World Dolphin & Swan will be charged for three (3) nights room and tax at the time of the booking. If you cancel a reservation at any of these hotels less than twenty one (21) days before arrival you will be charged for the minimum three-night stay less any advance deposits taken.

THREE-NIGHT MINIMUM HOTEL
The Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Disney's Boardwalk Inn, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort and Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, require a mandatory three-night stay of either Sunday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday throughout the week of the conference.
