Gartner Wins Webby People's Voice Award for Best Business Blog |
STAMFORD, Conn. - May 10, 2006 - The Webby Awards have announced that Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT) has won the People's Voice Award for Best Business Blog in 2006.
"We are honored to have been nominated in this category, and to have been selected for a People's Voice Award by our peers is an even greater tribute," said Gartner senior vice president Robin Kranich. Since its first foray into blogging, Gartner has published more than two dozen blogs covering a variety of topics across the IT spectrum. Called the "Oscars of the Internet" by the New York Times, the "Webby" is an international award honoring excellence in Web design, creativity, usability and functionality.
