Career Paths
- New Client Engagement: This team provides customized/interactive online training to our clients so that they receive the best value from the products and services they have purchased. Applicants should have a well-rounded business or technical background, a passion for providing world-class service to customers, strong organizational skills and experience working in a fast-paced service environment.
- Client Partner: Associates provide proactive account management, with a key focus on driving retention in existing clients. Through an in-depth understanding of the client's business, the Client Partner drives client satisfaction and usage of our services, while creating revenue growth. Applicants should be energetic and intellectually curious problem-solvers who possess a passion for the value of the products and services Gartner offers clients (sales background is also considered).
- Research Engagement Services: This team serves as the primary resource for fulfilling client inquiries and managing the client service experience. Applicants should have a solid knowledge of general business practices; strong research, analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills; and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while interacting directly with clients.
- Executive Client Manager: The Executive Client Manager partners with Gartner Executive Programs service delivery teams to support CIO members. The Executive Client Manager manages the client relationship, ensures that all requests for information are delivered accurately and promptly, and drives client satisfaction and retention. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, five or more years of experience in the information technology industry and excellent communication and client service skills.
