Product Development & Management for End Users (End-User Programs)

The End-User Programs team develops and manages world-class products that enable IT and supply chain professionals to make decisions and solve business problems based on the best knowledge and insight available on technologies, trends, providers and business processes. This team also includes the Client Partner and New Client Engagement groups, responsible for ensuring that clients actively use our products and services and are onboarded properly.
