The Gartner FDRP is a two-year development opportunity for high-potential individuals who have recently completed their M.B.A. degrees in finance or accounting. FDRP associates are required to complete four six-month rotations providing exposure to the company's business unit operations. Domestic/international rotational assignments may include: Accounting, Business Intelligence, Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Emerging Markets, Investor Relations, Pricing and Treasury. Upon completion of the FDRP, associates are assigned a full-time position that matches their desire, experience and development, as well as the company's current needs.
