Research Board associates typically work within the following role families:
Research Analysts lead the research effort for member-selected studies. This role involves significant member, vendor and thought-leader interactions to craft analysis and insight addressing major member challenges.
Program Directors lead a specific group of members. They marshal the resources, research and speakers to create superb member experiences and to continually address members' individual needs and interests. Program Directors ensure existing member engagement and selectively invite new members.
Membership Directors are assigned to a group of members and serve in a client-facing role. They have responsibility for member communications and for driving retention by understanding member engagement preferences and patterns. They coordinate member deliverables and act internally as a member advocate.
Event Planners select venues and prepare and manage member events. They negotiate terms and conditions with venues and play a key role in working with local staff to achieve an outstanding level of service for members.
Production Coordinators are responsible for producing all paper and digital member deliverables, including research reports and meeting documentation. Deliverables must be flawless, delivering the Research Board's hallmark of distinctive excellence.
