Next Generation BPM
The 1st generation of business processes were clearly aimed at cost savings and efficiency with predictable results on a technology platform supporting continuous improvement. The next generation of processes will have to that, and more. Tomorrow’s processes will provide more visibility, be more dynamic, be much better looking and lots smarter. These processes will be aimed at innovative solutions that yield intelligent and better business operations while staying in tune with shifting customer needs and management strategies. This will require a new technical platform that is in essence an intelligent business process management suite.
