Special Gartner Hotel Room Rate
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. As these rooms can only be held until two weeks prior to the event, we recommend that you contact the hotel as soon as possible. To make your hotel room reservations, please visit the Park Plaza website and follow the booking instructions below:

Click on the reservations tab at the top of the page.
Enter the City as London and click to confirm the City as London (GB)
Enter the arrival and departure date.
Select "Lowest Available Rate" under Rate Type
Enter the promotional code GART39 (case sensitive)
Click Find Hotels, this will then automatically find the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge with the B&B rate of £179.00 + VAT.

Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 19:00
Saturday between 09:00 - 17:30
The special promotional Gartner conference rate is £179 for single occupancy. Please note that this rate includes English breakfast but excludes VAT.
