Nisha Pillai

Former BBC Anchor, BBC World News

She has also conducted award-winning investigations for Panorama, the BBC's flagship current affairs programme, and the Money Programme. Away from the studio, Nisha coaches both groups and individuals on the topics of communication and presentations skills, uncovering the secrets of the most successful communicators — from Barack Obama to Steve Jobs and Steve Ballmer.

Ed Smith

Journalist and Broadcaster

Ed wrote the weekly MindGames column in the Daily Telegraph, and is now a features writer on The Times covering anything from education to ‘Renaissance Man.' He has also presented a series on Peak Performance for Radio 3 and an episode for the BBC's Inside Sport. Ed talks about promoting change by winning over the waverers, rather than wasting too much time on intransigent opponents. He also encourages an inquisitive attitude, to ensure continual improvement. "Good teams have to stay light on their feet, always adapting. You can't afford a mindset of we've got this dead right, all we have to do is repeat what we're doing forever."

Always ON: Anything. Anytime. Everyone.

We live in an always-on world — for businesses and government agencies, employees, partners, suppliers, customers, and citizens. It is a world of connectedness, opportunity, chaos, and engagement. Anticipate and prepare for the nexus of mobility, social and cloud, and how it will irreversibly alter portals, user experience, content management and collaboration. That same nexus challenges organizational structures and the role of IT: what does your future hold?
