Cloud API Management presents a new discipline with added security, visibility, integration, scale requirements. As apps are shared outside the perimeter to/from the cloud and among cloud providers, traditional firewalls don’t provide mediation or XML threat protection to expose apps safely. Gartner’s Daryl C.
