Mike Abbott joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as a partner in 2011. He focuses on investments in the firm’s digital practice, helping entrepreneurs in the social, mobile and cloud computing sectors rapidly scale teams and ventures. Mike serves as an expert resource on enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing and “big data.” He also helps entrepreneurs win the race for talent in a hyper-competitive recruitment environment. An engineering leader, entrepreneur and investor, Mike led the building of innovative, high-performance applications and services at Twitter, Palm and Microsoft before he joined KPCB. Mike is also an expert in “big data” businesses, having founded Composite Software. Formerly the vice president of engineering at Twitter, Mike led the team to rebuild and solidify Twitter’s infrastructure, growing the engineering team from 80 to more than 350 engineers in less than a year and a half, and scaling Twitter’s architecture to support 250 million daily tweets. Before joining Twitter, Mike led the software development team at Palm that created HP/Palm’s next-generation webOS platform. Earlier in his career, Mike was the general manager at Microsoft for .NET online services, which became Azure. He was also co-founder of Passenger Inc. Mike has advised and invested in numerous software companies throughout his career, including Cloudera, Hearsay Labs, Jawbone and Saynow. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University and has completed coursework toward a Ph.D. at the University of Washington.

Ross Altman writes research regarding application architecture, application integration, service-oriented architecture, B2B integration, composite application development and application modernization.

Mike Amundsen is Layer 7’s Principal API Architect. An internationally-known author and lecturer, Mike travels throughout the United States and Europe, consulting and speaking on a wide range of topics including distributed network architecture, Web application development and cloud computing. His recent work focuses on the role hypermedia plays in creating and maintaining applications that can successfully evolve over time. He has more than a dozen books to his credit, the most recent of which is Building Hypermedia APIs with HTML5 & Node. He is currently working on a new book on “cloud stack” programming. When he is not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family in Kentucky.

Wayne Ariola is Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Parasoft, a leading provider of integrated software development management, quality lifecycle management, and dev/test environment management solutions. He leverages customer input and fosters partnerships with industry leaders to ensure that Parasoft solutions continuously evolve to support the ever-changing complexities of real-world business processes and systems. Ariola has more than 15 years of strategic consulting experience within the technology and software development industries. He holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from Indiana University.

Van Baker is a vice president and research director for Gartner's Mobile and Client Computing Services. He covers mobile application development strategies, platforms and mobile application outsourcing. He also covers consumer behavior as it relates to the use of mobile devices both in the workplace and in consumer mobile applications. Mr. Baker also leads the digital consumer research community, and he advises mobile device manufacturers in relation to product strategies, branding and marketing.

Charlie Bell owns world-wide engineering, operations, and product management for AWS. Bell began his career developing mini-computer software used in the engineering of NASA Space Shuttle payload sets. In 1989, he joined Oracle’s field services team where, for seven years, he wrote c-language Oracle apps and managed numerous transactional systems projects and teams. In 1996, Bell left Oracle and started Server Technologies Group as CEO and co-founder to build internet commerce transaction software. The team at Server Technologies fell in love with a small e-tailer across the lake, and in March 1998 closed doors and put on “Amazon.com” badges.

Danny Brian is a Research Director in the Application Platform Strategies (APS) team with Technical Professionals Research. His research covers user experience design (e.g., usability, human-computer interaction and information architecture), presentation technologies (e.g., HTMLx, JavaScript, Flash and Silverlight), and requirements management applied to successful user interfaces (e.g., use cases, personas, scenarios and prototyping).

Joseph (Joe) Bugajski is a Managing Vice President for the Web, Mobile and Application Development team within Gartner IT Leaders. His research interests span application development, chief data officer (CDO) programs, semantic interoperability and linked data, legacy software modernization, information management, and analytics. Mr. Bugajski is industry advisor to the MIT Information Quality program. He co-chairs and is co-founder of MIT's annual CDO forum. Mr. Bugajski is emeritus chair of the Finance Task Force of OMG. His team drives innovation for Web and cloud computing, as well as mobile and software development.

Bertrand works for the Data Integration Business Unit in Product Management. He focuses on evangelizing Informatica’s platform usage in the broader Data Integration space to support operational data integration use cases such as Data Integration for applications, data replication, data delivered as a service and data quality firewalls. Prior to Informatica he co-founded the Informatica distributor office in France in 1998, leading the technical direction and execution of the company. In 2002 Informatica acquired the distributor to become the direct sales presence in France. Bertrand moved to Informatica’s US headquarters in 2008 to lead global efforts to evangelize Informatica platform usage in the Operational Data Integration market. Bertrand has almost 20 years in the computer industry with a background in computer science, software and electronics. He has worked as a developer and project manager in counter-measure systems for fighter jets then transitioned in to the software industry. Bertrand has also worked as an expert evangelizing Microsoft MS SQLServer in the early days and published a book on the topic.

Ivan Casanova is responsible for creation and execution of product and marketing strategies for TIBCO. Prior to TIBCO, Mr. Casanova directed DataSynapse's (acquired by TIBCO in 2009) marketing and product management functions. He joined DataSynapse with 15 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution for a series of growth oriented infrastructure software companies including IONA Technologies and Level 8 Systems. Mr. Casanova has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University.

David Cearley is a vice president and Gartner Fellow in Gartner Research and is a leading authority on information technology. As a member of Gartner Research, Mr. Cearley analyzes emerging business and technology trends and explores how these trends shape the way individuals and companies derive value from technology. His current research is focused on cloud computing and how Internet and Web technologies, standards and business models are impacting the IT landscape.

Dr. Comfort received his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988. He joined IBM Research in 1988 and worked across the boundaries from Research to Systems & Technology Group on new product introduction in a variety of development and product management roles. Jim held a number of executive positions within IBM Systems Group, spanning technology development, systems development and product line management, as well as roles in IBM Corporate Strategy. From 2008 to 2010, he was part of the Enterprise Initiatives team in Corporate Strategy, defining IBM’s cloud computing strategy from technology, offerings and business model perspectives. Since 2010, he has been shaping the definition of the IBM SmartCloud Platform for transformation of IBM’s service delivery operational model. He is currently Vice President, Offering Management, Global Cloud Managed Services, with responsibility across offerings, architecture, development and global deployment of the IBM Smart Cloud Infrastructure and Application Services.

As ActiveState Software’s President and CEO since 2006, Bart Copeland brings more than twenty-three years of leadership, management, finance, and technology business experience to his role. With a passion for technologies that help people lead more productive and enjoyable lives, Bart is focused on Stackato, ActiveState’s enterprise private Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering. Bart views PaaS as an enabler to accelerate cloud adoption and deliver value in enterprises, and is actively involved in Stackato strategy, business development, and evangelism. He holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mark Driver is a vice president and research director in Gartner Research, where he specializes in application development technologies and open-source software. Within Gartner, Mr. Driver serves as a principal analyst for Java technology, as well as the Microsoft .NET framework. He is also the principal analyst covering the business and technical issues of the open-source software model. He covers many aspects of application development and open-source software, including adoption challenges, best practices, market impact and development models.

Dave Co-Founded Consilience in 2009 with William Malyk, the Company's Chief System Architect. Consilience is the developer of the Ideate™ Framework (www.ideate.com), an innovative application platform based on Web-style architecture. Ideate enables dynamic enterprise apps that, like the web itself, are highly interactive, adaptable and scalable. Dave is a proven business leader who has made a career of building, growing and turning around companies over the last twenty years. The outspoken entrepreneur has been interviewed on Dateline NBC and presented at TED6. He is author of several academic papers on web-style software architecture, an inventor of a patent pending software framework, and has presented at many industry conferences.

Jim Duggan applies a strategy, governance and portfolio management focus to application management and development. He researches in the areas of application portfolio management, application life cycle management, and software product management. He has covered organization, methods and tools across most stages of the software development process. With Gartner for 15 years, he has a total of 32 years in software development and IT. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Duggan was a financial analyst for First Albany, a financial services firm. Mr. Duggan has a deep engineering background and has played technical analyst, development management, and product management roles in the military, in the process industry and with several software development organizations, including IBM.

Joe Eggers is the Chief Technology Officer for Item Processing at Fiserv, responsible for operational and strategic leadership of all technology functions. This includes overseeing the technology transformation of the business from paper to image processing, establishing a technology strategy for creation of a best-of-breed platform and migration to it, and implementation of a comprehensive risk management approach in the data center. Mr. Eggers is responsible for oversight and day-to-day management of all technology functions including server and network infrastructure, third party application management, software development, architecture, information security, data center operations, IT governance, workstation management, internal systems, platform strategy, and technology processes for quality. Mr. Eggers has 27 years of technology and software quality experience in multiple industries, with the last 10 years focused on payment systems including ACH, card, and check.

Ian Finley is the Agenda Manager for application development and researches the consumerization of application development, including how mobile applications, app stores, citizen developers and "apptrepreneurs" create new opportunities and challenges for enterprise AD leaders.

Pierre Fricke is a product line management director for the middleware business at Red Hat, responsible for the JBoss Enterprise SOA Platform portfolio of products, which includes JBoss Enterprise BRMS, JBoss ESB, JBoss jBPM, and JBoss Rules. Beginning in 2005, Pierre led the product strategy for JBoss Enterprise Portal Platform and JBoss jBPM, and he oversaw Red Hat’s expansion into the service-oriented architecture (SOA) market with JBoss Enterprise SOA Platform. Pierre is focused on expanding Red Hat’s market presence in integration, SOA, and business process automation, bringing the value of open source and community innovation to customers in these markets.

As a member of the Information Management team, Ted Friedman conducts research focused on data integration, data quality, information governance and information management strategy. He works with Gartner clients on building the business case for investing in and furthering their maturity in these areas. In addition, he closely follows the related technology markets, advising clients on vendor and tool selection, price negotiation, and emerging deployment approaches for optimal impact and value. Through his work on concepts such as Gartner's Information Capabilities Framework, he assists clients with modernization strategies for their information management programs and technology infrastructure.

Mr. Garza’s 43 year career has been involved in software development for the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry. He has implemented Information Solutions and Telecommunications solutions for Fortune 1000 in the United States and 28 other countries. Mr. Garza holds a variety of certificates in software engineering, software language development and expertise on a variety of computer hardware and software platforms.

Dennis Gaughan is a managing VP within the Enterprise Software research team, leading a team focused on application strategy and governance. His research focus is on helping clients better manage their application portfolio through all phases of the application lifecycle. He also researches the enabling technologies that support those enterprise applications, including application integration and B2B infrastructure.

Brian Goldfarb is the Head of Cloud Platform Marketing at Google. Brian and his team are responsible for global marketing and business strategy for the Google Cloud Platform including Google App Engine, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Big Query, Translation API, Prediction API and more. Formerly, Brian was the Director of Product Marketing for Windows Azure and the Director of Developer Platforms at Microsoft. Brian graduated with degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.

Melvin Greer is Senior Fellow and Chief Strategist, Cloud Computing Lockheed Martin. With over 25 years of systems and software engineering experience, he is a recognized expert in Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud Computing. Mr. Greer is a Certified Enterprise Architect, the Vice-chair of the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC), Cloud Computing Working Group, Steering Committee Chair, Cloud Standards Customer Council and an Advisory Council member of the Cloud Security Alliance. Mr. Greer is a frequent speaker at conferences and universities and is an accomplished author, “The Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture” and “Software as a Service Inflection Point, Using Cloud Computing to Achieve Business Agility” are his most recently published books. Greer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Technology and his Master of Science in Information Systems from American University, Wash. D.C. He also obtained his Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership, Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School.

Mr. Hall is the Senior Director of product management leading Oracle’s outbound product management team covering the Business Process Management, Service Integration, and Data Integration product offerings. He has over 10 years of systems integration consulting background combined with nearly 10 years in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) related product management across the SOA governance and management disciplines. Mr. Hall has been focused on leveraging the experiences gained in working with customers on successful systems integration projects and working to productize the results of these experiences.

Denise Hatzidakis is an accomplished IT Executive with over 20 years of experience in the information technology field. Denise has served as a decisive leader of operational initiatives in organizations varying in size and scope with extensive hands on system development and experience across the IT field. She has a proven track record in leading, managing, and building IT systems, from departmental systems to large enterprise systems. Denise has extensive experience leading operations for Technology, Business Development, and Application Development across a wide range of industries specializing in the IBM technologies. Denise is currently the Chief Technology Officer for the Premier Healthcare Alliance. Premier serves more than 2,500 U.S. hospitals and 80,000-plus other healthcare sites. The Premier healthcare alliance and its members are transforming healthcare together. Owned by not-for-profit hospitals, the Premier healthcare alliance operates one of the leading healthcare purchasing networks, and the nation's most comprehensive repository of hospital clinical and financial information. Previously, Denise was a Principal and Chief Technologist for Perficient, Inc, a leading information technology consulting firm, delivering business driven IT solutions. In that role, Denise led transformational projects at many large enterprises including: Kaiser, PSI, State of California, USAA, and Safeway. At Perficient, Denise lead the technology initiatives and was the driving force behind the strategy for helping enterprises adopt and grow technology to deliver value to the market in a timely, quality manner. Her key focus was enterprise architecture and operationalizing enterprise technology initiatives. Denise’s background includes education in the fields of Physics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering. Denise has spent her career post graduate school as a developer at IBM, and has continued to focus on emerging technologies across the technology industry, helping customers realize solutions on IBM technologies.

Jim brings 25 years of engineering experience spanning the industries of nuclear power instrument and control systems, nuclear power plant access control and security systems, robotic optical storage systems, healthcare information technology (HCIT) systems, and medical devices to PRN. As a Senior Director for HCIT company Cerner Corporation, in its Device Works innovations organization, Jim was inventor of the MDBus, a medical device interoperability system.

Matthew Hotle is a vice president and distinguished analyst in Gartner Research, where he is responsible for leading research in Application Governance. In addition, Mr. Hotle's personal core areas of research cover application strategy and governance, including portfolio management, pace layered delivery strategies, organizational design and change, methodologies and agile development, project management, project prioritization, quality assurance and testing, and software metrics.

Chris Howard is a Chief of Research for Gartner's Enterprise Software group. In that role, Mr. Howard ensures that the research agenda meets the needs of IT leaders and influences the overall practice of enterprise technology. Mr. Howard also leads the Nexus of Forces research agenda, which is a major Gartner theme for 2013.

Scott has been working in the energy industry since 2005, all with FirstEnergy Corp. in Akron, OH. Before becoming a Manager in the Enterprise Technology group, Scott was the IT Manager supporting the Corporate and Supply Chain business units. Other positions held include Systems Analyst - Microsoft Development & Support, and Team Lead - Information Management. Recently, Scott has been developing and executing FirstEnergy's mobile app strategy to support greater accessibility/availability of functionality for increased overall productivity. In addition to the development of new mobile apps for both employees and customers, Scott has also had to staff these projects with both internal and external resources, all while maintaining stability and governance of the enterprise platforms they integrate with. There are two very non-technical factors to being successful with a mobile strategy, one of which might scare you.

Carl Kennedy is Associate Director for IT Development at Coca-Cola Enterprises(CCE) responsible for APIs and Information Transparency. Carl has over 20 years of IT integration experience covering both B2B and A2A. For the past year he has been leading the internal API launch for CCE which has been leveraged for both Smart Coolers and the 2012 Olympics in London.

Eric Knipp is managing vice president of the Application Platform Strategies (APS) research team in Gartner for Technology Professionals (GTP). The APS team covers topics related to application platforms, application development, and application maintenance. Mr. Knipp is based in Plano, Texas.

Kirk Knoernschild is an analyst covering many aspects of application platform strategies, including development platforms, programming languages and frameworks, mobile application platforms, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Ramon Krikken is an Analyst in the Gartner for Technical Professionals Security and Risk Management Strategies team. He covers software/application security; mobile application security and service-oriented architecture (SOA) security; structured and unstructured data security, including database security, data masking, redaction and tokenization; encryption and key management; security monitoring and security analytics; security metrics; and virtualization and cloud computing security as it pertains to the other categories.

Andy Kyte is a Vice President and Gartner Fellow in Gartner Research and is a member of the Application Strategy and Governance team. With more than 30 years of experience in the applications arena, his research now concentrates on the challenges facing CIOs and business management teams in maximizing the return on assets for the application portfolio. This involves developing an understanding of best practices in application strategy and application life cycle management, covering both packaged applications and application development. His work on application strategy is centered on the major theme of application overhaul, and encompasses Application Total Cost of Ownership, the unfashionable but vitally important discipline of Application Maintenance and the need for strong application design. As a senior member of the Gartner Research community, Mr. Kyte is in great demand as a keynote speaker, having participated in events in 45 different countries during the last 16 years.

Susan Landry is a managing vice president in Gartner Research, leading a team of analysts who cover enterprise content management, collaboration and social software. She conducts research and advises clients on enterprise strategies for social media, collaboration and related solutions.

Chief Technology Officer Medco 2009 through 2012, began at Medco in 1992. Brooklyn Polytechnic MS in distributed computing, Electrical Engineering undergrad 26+ years in healthcare & information technology. Other areas served: Banking, Telecommunications, E-Commerce IT architecture and sponsorship/innovator roles In 2007 Mark began a technology modernization effort to reduce complexity and drive down costs, while decreasing time to market. This effort had to allow for an ideal agile target state to accommodate the unknowns in the healthcare market, while safely moving current business to this new paradigm. This role lead Mark to the core architecture which was known as Medco 2.0. It represents as sweeping “version” upgrade of Medco’s core processing approach in that it began with modernizing the core data management frameworks so often taken as "given". Mark took on the role of VP of enterprise transformation & CTO in 2009 to ensure a uniformly applied adoption of the 2.0 transformation. Medco 2.0 was a core transformation which took on the agility barriers so often found in legacy and large scale compute solutions which were not contemplated to be agile in the future. Medco installed the first phase of 2.0 in production in Q1 of 2012.

Patrick Lencioni is founder and president of The Table Group, a firm dedicated to providing organizations with ideas, products and services that improve teamwork, clarity and employee engagement. Prior to founding his firm, he worked as a corporate executive for Sybase, Oracle and Bain & Company. Finally, Pat lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and four sons.

Benoit Lheureux is a research VP in Gartner Research and agenda manager for the Application Infrastructure group. He focuses on three areas: application integration, middleware and B2B e-commerce, with the emphasis on the latter. Mr. Lheureux publishes research on the evolution of B2B integration projects (from traditional supply chain to cloud computing and SaaS integration), B2B infrastructure (including all forms of B2B software and services), the evolution of EDI VANs and integration as a service, and the role and adoption of B2B standards, such as EDI, AS2 and Web services.

Chris Lippi has been designing, building and running software services for nearly 20 years. As Vice President, Product and Services, Chris leads Mashery’s product management, professional services, and client services organizations. Prior to joining Mashery, Chris managed the flagship product line at newScale, Inc., as it grew from $2 million in annual revenue and 10 customers to nearly $30 million in revenue and close to 100 customers (eventually being purchased by Cisco). Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University, with majors in both Information Systems and Management Science.

Paolo Malinverno covers a broad set of application governance areas, with special attention to the organizational issues they come with (such as SOA governance and API management, justifying and measuring the value of SOA projects, SOA centers of excellence, and integration competency centers). Mr. Malinverno also covers with a European perspective a wide variety of cloud trends and multienterprise B2B issues, including cloud services brokerages, integration brokerages, e-invoicing, B2B integration outsourcing, and application integration in the cloud.

Anne Thomas Manes is a VP and distinguished analyst and directs research for the Application Platform Strategies (APS) team in the Gartner for Technology Professionals (GTP) research group. Ms. Manes leads research on application development and delivery strategies, with a specific focus on BPM, SOA, and cloud computing. The APS team comprises six analysts. Ms. Manes sets the research agenda, acts as mentor to members of the APS team, maintains editorial control over all content produced by the team, and coordinates the research with other service teams in GTP and across Gartner.

Dale McCrory is the Principle Product Manager for the Fuel Platform at ExactTarget. ExactTarget is the global interactive marketing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, and is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. ExactTarget—recently recognized by Software Magazine as one of the fastest growing software companies in the world—has deployed ActiveState's Stackato private PaaS technology for its production cloud applications.

As VP of Project Delivery, John Montgomery is responsible for refining the company’s project management systems and processes to ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, John has also been tasked with helping uTest scale its capabilities to keep up with its expansive growth. John has held senior positions in quality assurance, engineering, and operations at Openwave, Polycom, SPL WorldGroup and Oracle. At Oracle, John led a global Quality & Development team responsible for engineering productivity tools and test automation. He also developed and implemented test engineering methodologies for Vantive, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards. John earned his degree in International Business Management from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Mercado joined EVERTEC in 2004 and became the CIO of the company in 2012. Before this position, he was the Senior Vice President in charge of the Information Technology Division. Prior to joining EVERTEC, Mr. Mercado was the Manager and Vice President in charge of the Technological Infrastructure Project at Banco Popular de PR. Under his leadership, the Bank re-architected its CORE Banking systems. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Mercado was a System Analyst at Banco de Ponce in New York. He served as System Engineer of Triple-S Insurance of PR from 1986 to 1987. He worked as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse after obtaining his Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1984. He also possess a Master in Business Administration from PACE University in New York, obtained in 1992.

Michael has held product and executive marketing roles at influential Silicon Valley startups Netscape, Loudcloud and VMware. At virtualization leader VMware, he served as the vice president of worldwide marketing during its break-out into server computing. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in economics from Harvard College.

Thomas Murphy is focused on IT organizations develop and deliver software in an efficient and effective fashion. He covers all phases of the life-cycle from requirements through software quality and testing. He is particularly interested in collaborative and agile practices and how organizations must use these to adapt to the increasing pace of change demanded by business to utilize cloud, and mobile technologies. Mr. Murphy provides guidance to Sr. IT management as well as IT professionals and also works with software and service providers to develop product strategies and positioning guidance. Massimo Pezzini is a Vice President and Fellow in Gartner Research. Gene Phifer is a Vice President, Distinguished Analyst in Gartner Research. He also presents these topics at various IT industry events, interacts directly with customers to solve real issues, and advises executive management.

Al Sargent joined VMware in 2010 and leads vFabric Suite product marketing at VMware, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience. During his time at VMware, Sargent has been a driving force in making the vFabric Cloud Application Platform become one of the fastest-growing application infrastructure suites in the industry. Prior to joining VMware, Sargent was co-founder of cloud computing startup Sauce Labs, a software testing Platform as a Service (PaaS). Jeff Schulman is a group vice president and team manager in Gartner Research. In this position, he leads the application architecture and application integration research team.

W. Roy Schulte works on real-time analytics, event processing and message-oriented middleware (MOM). He is co-author of the McGraw-Hill book, Event Processing: Designing IT Systems for Agile Companies. Mr. Schulte was lead author of the 1996 report that introduced the term SOA to the industry, and initiated research into message brokers, event-driven architecture (EDA), business activity monitoring (BAM) and the zero-latency enterprise. Daniel Sholler is a vice president in Gartner, where he advises clients on issues around application architecture, integration and development. Mr. Swanton covers application strategy and the business value of IT, including IT benefit realization techniques used by Fortune 1000 companies to expand the value they receive from their ERP and other application investments. Recent areas of focus have been Pace Layered Application Strategy, application organization maturity (ITScore), BPM for ERP, and MDM for ERP. Jess Thompson is a research vice president in Gartner's ITL Enterprise Software Web App Dev and Integration group. His research focuses on initiatives using application infrastructure, including application integration (A2A, B2B and cloud-to-on-premises) and near-neighbor initiatives, such as data integration, business process management suites and complex event processing and reporting technology. Andrew White is a Research VP, and his primary research focus is information governance and master data management (MDM).
