Mobility Anytime Anywhere: What Infrastructure and Operations Needs to Do Now
The impact on traditional IT practices of mobile and wireless has been monumental. The era of supporting a single class of company-owned devices is giving way to managed diversity in which tiered support for a wide variety of form factors, vendors and operating systems (including employee-owned consumer-class devices) must become the norm. This will helps I&O leaders develop new thinking and best practices to manage both corporate and employee-owned mobile devices, build policies and control, secure and deploy new mobile applications for all the many environments that will need to be supported.
