To register a team please e-mail EMEA.TeamSend@eventreg.com or contact your Gartner Account Manager. Please note that teams must be registered at the same time and we can only guarantee availability of team benefits if the team is registered at least 3 weeks in advance of the Event.

Terms & Conditions:

• Qualifying paid registrations for Symposia are cash registrations or ticket registrations (excluding Gartner complimentary tickets)
• Executive Programs member registrations for Symposia are also qualifying "paid" registrations
• Any combination of paid registrations may be used to qualify for complimentary registrations
• Teams that exceed the largest threshold will qualify for additional complimentary registrations according to the small team size increments
• No additional discounts will be allowed
• This program is effective for registrations received after 9 May 2009. Team send is not retroactive, therefore, groups already signed on without originally coming in as a team can not be changed.
• To qualify for Team Program deliverables, teams must be registered greater than 3 weeks from the start of the event
