The Agenda Builder online agenda management tool will highlight role-based agendas which teams can use to configure their approach to session attendance and other content-based activities at the event (optional).

Post-event trip report specific to team's focus areas

Electronic document featuring highlights of the event tailored to the team's role-focused agenda. (If applicable.)

On-site Scheduling Concierge

Work with a personal concierge for any last minute meeting requests, or confirmation of team activities

Team Meeting with Analyst *

Option to schedule a time with an analyst for private consultations to explore solutions to IT initiatives, issues and challenges. Meeting requests must be made 3 weeks prior to start of the event. Any requests within 3 weeks will be based upon availability. Specific analyst availability or topic coverage is not guaranteed.

Meeting Length:

Small Team - 30 minute
Medium Team - 1 hour
Large Team - up to two 1 hour meetings

Gartner Events on Demand

Be able to choose sessions to share with colleagues who were not able to attend the event.

Free Sessions:

Small Team - 20 sessions
Medium Team - 40 sessions
Large Team - Access to all sessions

Team Lounge and Meeting Space

Team Lounge - A dedicated area for all teams to be able to meet throughout the day.

Private Meeting area within Team Lounge - Appointments are able to be made pre-event or on-site for meeting space, and are on a first-served basis. Meeting area will be set in boardroom shape with a flipchart.

Private Team Suite - A select number of private meeting rooms will be held for Large Teams. Rooms are available on a first-serve basis, and requests for a private meeting room need to be made 3 weeks prior to the start of the event.

Pre-Event Team Concierge from Events

A Gartner Events representative who will work with Account Executives to personalize and plan the event experience. Team Role Profile is requested to be completed in order to better help the team with their experience.

Medium Team - Coordinate Analyst and Vendor Team Meetings. Schedule private meetings in team lounge

* Meetings with Gartner Analysts are reserved for End-Users. Vendor Client organizations are eligible for meetings with Gartner Analysts if the registrants are part of the Office of the CIO.

• Qualifying paid registrations for Symposia are: cash registrations, paid ticket registrations, or EXP registrations (excluding Gartner complimentary tickets)
• Teams that exceed the largest threshold will qualify for additional complimentary registrations according to the small team size increments
• Teams must consist of employees of the same organization
• This program is effective for registrations received after 9 May 2009 and is NOT retroactive.
