How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the Register Now button on the right or by emailing Japan.Events@gartner.com
What methods can I use to pay?
You may pay with Gartner event tickets, credit card or invoice with PO number. A payment must be made prior to the event or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event.
What is the cost to attend?
Standard registration is JPY 144,200 + consumption tax. Gartner clients may contact their Account Manager for special pricing options or may use conference tickets as a form of payment.
Is there a bulk discount for large groups?
A team package is available for groups depending on size. Click here to learn more about the team packages.
What is included in the full registration price?
Registration fee includes conference attendance, Symposium On Demand access, documentation, a special evening event, breakfast and lunch (Monday through Thursday), ITxpo receptions and a post-event trip report.
What is included in the ITxpo pass?
Access to the showfloor, evening receptions on the showfloor, the keynote sessions, Solution Provider Sessions, ITxpo Theaters, and Learning Labs.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Registrations may be refunded or a ticket re-activated, if the cancellation is made in writing to Japan.Events@gartner.com up to 21 business days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received within 21 business days of an event or non-attendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated.
What is the 21 day business day mark?
Cancellations prior to October 8 5pm EST will be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full registration fee.
Can an attendee substitute a colleague to avoid losing their registration fee/ticket?
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. The attendee will need to contact registration to provide the name of the colleague taking his/her place. They may email Japan.Events@gartner.com to make this change.
Are there any speaking opportunities at the event?
We are currently filled for keynote speaking opportunities. There are speaking opportunities available for exhibitors who are sponsoring at the event. If you are interested in sponsoring you will need to speak with a Gartner Sponsor Sales Representative. If you know who the representative is for your space please reach out to them directly. How do I sign up for an Analyst One-on-One?
One-on-Ones are available exclusively to paid, registered conference attendees and are not available to ITxpo Exhibitors or Exhibitor Conference Session Passes holders. Due to the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve up to three (3) One-on-Ones during Symposium/ITxpo, each with a different analyst or consultant. Registration for analyst one-on-ones is available through Agenda Builder.
Am I guaranteed the analyst of my choice in my One-on-One meeting?
All registered Symposium attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with up to three (3) Gartner analysts in private half-hour One-on-One meetings. Due to the high demand of particular analysts sign-up is on a first come, first serve basis.
How do I sign up for an Analyst/User Roundtable?
Analyst/User Roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid, registered conference attendees and are not available to ITxpo Exhibitors or Exhibitor Conference Session Pass holders. Due to the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end-users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Registration for analyst/user roundtables is available through Agenda Builder.
Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?
This can be found on Agenda Builder.
When will I have access to documentation?
A documentation key to access Gartner presentations from Agenda Builder will be provided by early October via e-mail to registered attendees.
What is the difference between documentation and the Symposium On Demand Multimedia content?
The documentation includes all Gartner presentations available pre-event. This is available shortly before the event and registered attendees will be sent this notification via email. The Symposium On Demand Multimedia content is included in the conference fee. It includes all sessions as presented onsite synchronized to the audio recordings from the Gartner analyst sessions, keynotes and several solution providers. This content is searchable and includes transcription. The content is delivered online at GartnerEventsOnDemand.com and is available in its entirety about 2-3 weeks after the event.
