Step 1: Reserve Your Hotel Room

There are a limited amount of rooms available at the onsite hotels so make your reservations as soon as possible. Don't forget to mention that you are attending Gartner Symposium/ITxpo to receive the best hotel rates.

Step 2: Create a Personalized Agenda

Gartner offers recommended agendas for most IT roles; however we encourage you to customize your experience to meet your specific needs. Click here to create personalized agenda using Gartner's Agenda Builder tool.

Step 3: Schedule a Gartner Analyst 1:1 Session

Each attendee is allowed three, private 30-minute sessions with a Gartner Analyst. Appointments can be made at the One-on-One registration desks located in the Dolphin, Swan and Yacht & Beach Club hotels. Registered attendees can now request Analyst One-on-One's for Monday only through Agenda Builder once logged in. All other appointments can be requested onsite. Sessions fill quickly, so don't delay.

Step 4: Sign up for Analyst/User Roundtables & Workshops

Roundtables are one of the most effective forums to interact with your peers and discuss the topics most important to your success. Gartner Analysts moderate these interactive discussions, as well as provide their personal insights. Pre-registration is required. Registered attendees can now request Analyst/User Roundtables through Agenda Builder once logged in or can stop by a One-on-One registration desk once onsite. Click here for more info.

Workshops are a great way to get practical learning in a relevant manner. This year Symposium/ITxpo includes over 70 workshops, aligned by key IT roles, where you can get hands-on and interactive and walk away with an action plan. Pre-register for workshops here.

Step 5: Set Up Time with our ITxpo Exhibitors

Gartner's Symposium/ITxpo is designed to help you evaluate technology and make educated buying decisions. We encourage you to meet face-to-face with our ITxpo solution providers and discuss your specific business issues and needs. Private meetings can be requested via the on-site kiosk system on the show floor. Pre-registration is required, so we advise scheduling your Exhibitor appointments as soon as you arrive onsite in Orlando or for those already registered through our Agenda Builder here.
