Throughout her career, she has worked as a consultant and strategic advisor to corporate legal departments, as an operations manager for an e-discovery company focused on process excellence, and for a global law firm improving legal service delivery through best-in-class project management, process improvement and technology use. She has extensive experience in process design and enabling legal technologies and has led global, large-scale engagements with some of the world's leading organizations to drive strategy, improve efficiency and simplify business processes.
