Bob Anderson is Research Vice President responsible for covering and forecasting the market for providers offering administrative ERP in service-centric organizations as well as project portfolio management (PPM) for professional services. He currently is agenda manager for research associated with providers transitioning from delivering on-premises products to SaaS services. From 2012-15, he helped lead and coordinate Gartner's research for SMBs, and prior to that, for more than a decade, was one of Gartner's key analysts responsible for the SMB ERP market. His experience allows him to also advise leaders from the end-user and investment communities in inquiries related to these markets and the competitive offerings within them. Vertical industries covered include: Finance/Accounting, Research and Consulting; Marketing, Communications and Advertising (MAC); Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC); Non-for-Profit, Legal and Hospitality; and a range of others with a primary business of delivering services rather than manufactured products.
