Vivid Gong joins Gartner from IT consultancy work driving digital transformation at startup, Galaxy Space. Prior Vivid served as the APAC Senior IT Manager at Honeywell Aerospace where he supported the Integrated Supply Chain and Air Transport Regional OEM business unit. Vivid was responsible for shaping IT strategy, facilitating demand prioritization, and driving productivity programs in achieving targeted deliverables across 12 sites for the $1.5 billion OEM & MRO manufacturing business. Vivid built partnerships and provided best practice sharing with key external customers such as COMAC and AVIC on digital IT programs. Prior to Honeywell Aerospace, Vivid was the China and AP IT Leader for Honeywell Transportation System. He was responsible for leadership and IT operations across manufacturing, commercial, marketing, and engineering in China and Asia Pacific. Projects include CRM, CPQ, 3PL, ERP, OEE among others. Previously, Vivid served as the China IT leader responsible for IT Application Hosting. Vivid started his IT career from Distributed Control System support in SINOPEC.
