Hao YIN is a Director Analyst in Gartner research and a member of the Content & Work hub team. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Yin held various roles at several multi-national companies in China which gave him hands-on expertise as an IT professional. He is a passionate practitioner in digital innovations, with extensive domain expertise on emerging technologies, knowledge management, enterprise content management, business process management and Chinese technology providers. He has more than 16 years of experiences in applying technology and business acumen to connect digital technologies to strategic business opportunities. He also has a profound understanding of the regional business challenges and how end-to-end IT solutions can be of help.
