Andy Wang is a Research Director in Software Engineering practice. He helps CxOs and Software Engineering Leaders to tackle modern-day challenges and develop successful Robotic Process Automation strategy through vendor selection, implementation, best practices and governance, especially in China market. He also extended experience in hyper-automation field (RPA+LCAP+AI). His understanding of functional and technical aspects of RPA product portfolio, process mining, delivery methodology and RPA COE roadmap comes from a wide range of clients he served, from top Fortune Global 500 to local SMB. Before joining Gartner, Mr. Wang worked as a Senior Pre-sales Consultant in Encoo and many roles in IBM. He began his career in global business partner support and developed his expertise through various roles, including sales operation, project management, managing consultant and presales product manager.
