Sergio has more than 20 years experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector across multiple industries. Sergio has been responsible for design and optimization of logistics operations in Asia Pacific at both tactical and strategic level and has led end-to-end Supply Chain functions at senior level. Sergio has strong experience in 3PL selection, procurement and performance management as has worked extensively with Ocean Freight in the Asia Pacific region. Sergio designed, executed and managed the end to end international Supply Chain and Logistics function for Knauf Insulation in Asia Pacific and had responsibility for procurement, supplier selection, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing and last mile in the region.
