Kevin is a seasoned strategy, leadership, culture and change management practitioner having helped leaders and organization in numerous industries with successful business unit and organizational transformation. Mr. Smith continually strives to provide executives actionable insights into the critical integration between people and the quality implementation of key initiatives that achieve their business results. Kevin Smith has over 25 years of field-proven experience in organizational effectiveness and culture, change management, organizational transformation, strategy design and development, branding, and integrated communications. This knowledge and skill set was built in agency, corporate, entrepreneurial, and consultative environments, working across a variety of both business- to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. In industries such as technology, telecommunication, energy, health and wellness, engineering, and state government, Mr. Smith has worked with such organizations as IBM, Sun Microsystems, Ogilvy Mather, Qwest Communications, Teletech, ConEdison, Denver Public Schools, and Idaho Transportation Department. Kevin has worked extensively with proven industry assessment tools and is Prosci change management certified.
