Megan Marek Fernandez is a Sr. Principal Analyst in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider (TSP) group. She resides in the Commercial Industries team focusing on the financial services and retail verticals. Ms. Fernandez advises Product Managers and Tech CEOs on unified communications (UC) solutions, unified communications as a service including enterprise telephony and conferencing and collaboration solutions.
