Roles and Responsibilities
Steve Cramoysan is a Research Director and Forecast Manager with Gartner Research. He has global responsibility for Gartner's forecasting covering mobile and fixed network communications services, consumer digital services, and unified communications. He is leading the change management projects to transform Gartner's forecasts for these areas to demand-side modeled forecasts with insights and assumptions about the underlying demand-side behaviors. He is also leading a project to deliver a new research type, a Market Opportunity Map, which will provide new visual tools and content to support leaders in technology and service provider clients in addressing their challenges with growing their business while optimizing profitability.
