Jessica Ekholm works as a Research Vice President and leads the Key Initiative "Enhance the Technology and Service Provider Customer Experience." She focuses on customer experience, personal digital services, connected home, mobile apps and disruptive players in the market. She works closely with service providers, device and network infrastructure providers, and app ecosystem players. Ms. Ekholm works on contextual end-user experiences and supports Gartner's ongoing mobile application research, including the rise of intelligent apps. She leads the end-user app survey and analysis and specializes in mobile messaging (OTT) app providers, mobile health and fitness, and the connected home. Customer experience and particularly of how to use AI to enhance customer experiences is of key priority of Ms. Ekholm's research agenda.
