Venecia Liu is a Research VP on the Commercial Industries team, Agenda Manager for the HTTP Vertical Industries research and the Business Impact of IoT workstream lead across Gartner research. Ms. Liu consults on market strategies, business and technology trends, and disruptive forces, in particular, Transportation, Travel and Hospitality. Ms. Liu's current research spans digital business strategies, IoT ecosystems, new business models, analytics, travel experience, customer engagement and monetization models. In addition to providing strategic advice, Ms. Liu tracks IT spending trends and investigates new technologies. During the course of her career, Ms. Liu has advised Global Fortune 1000, SMB clients, and government entities on the technology trends disrupting their business, strategic go-to-market opportunities, solution positioning, market messaging and perspectives on the future industry direction. Ms. Liu has presented at industry conferences and events.
