After a three-year stretch as the telecom specialist at the South China Morning Post, he co-founded a public relations/investor relations/strategic market research consultancy in Hong Kong focused on dot-coms and telecom companies. Before arriving in Hong Kong, from 1988 through 1996, Mr. Chetham was a reporter and producer, and a presenter, for BBC News and Current Affairs in the United Kingdom.
