Roles and Responsibilities

TJ Singh is a Vice President with Gartner Research. He is a key member of the Tech CEO Research team and is the lead analyst responsible for customer experience and digital services research, worldwide. Mr. Singh is a key analyst that both IT service providers and clients refer to for information and insight regarding the market trends, market opportunity sizing, competitive intelligence, go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product and solution strategy. TJ is regularly quoted by national and regional press for market trends and IT services industry dynamics.

Previous Experience

Mr. Singh has more than 20 years of experience in the information communication technology (ICT) industry. Prior to joining Gartner, he was IBM Corporate Market Intelligence's Customer Value Management (CVM) worldwide technical (research) and AP lead. Prior to that role, Mr. Singh was IBM's market intelligence leader for IBM Global Services (IGS) business units in Southeast Asia and South Asia. He also supported the IGS Business Consulting Group as an internal marketing and business analyst. Before joining IBM, Mr. Singh was a senior manager with Sapura's Technology and Innovations Division, where he was responsible for market intelligence, M&A opportunities, and the management of the knowledge management database.
