Latterly, as Marketing Planning Manager, she had the responsibility for the development of the marketing plan for small-business market, competitor analysis, primary market research and revenue/cost forecasting. Prior to this, Ms. Patrick was at Colt Telecom U.K., working as commercial manager for a number of translation voice services. This included pricing, regulatory, project management and business case development. Earlier, her career experience was in telecommunications management accounting, including revenue/cost forecasting, profitability analysis and unit costing.
