Previous Experience

Mr. Henderson has over 28 years of experience in consulting and coaching clients to develop and deploy PPM delivery frameworks and implement complex business transformations. This includes designing and implementing PMOs, program offices, and EPMOs; advising clients on recommended practice for improving their PPM delivery capabilities, and developing and implementing PPM methodologies, approaches and standards on an enterprisewide and global scale. His experience spans both private and public sector, in a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical/life sciences, chemical, financial services, wholesale distribution, and state and local government.
