Before GSK, Mr. Dixon worked at the British Approvals Board for Telecommunications (BABT) as a Lead Auditor and Senior Technical Officer auditing companies, mainly in Asia, against telecom regulations and ISO 9001. He also established a management system for PT Telekomunikasi in Bandung, Indonesia (NAMAS M10/EN45001), and set up the first overseas office for BABT in Taiwan, living in Taipei for seven months.
