He also launched AMR Research's product life cycle management (PLM) coverage in 1997. He held numerous product marketing and IT positions and gained experience within the manufacturing software, controls, and automation system markets. He worked in the manufacturing systems division of Kronos. He also worked for ITP Group and its MainStream subsidiary in various consulting and product marketing roles. He began his career at the C.S. Draper Laboratory as a system engineer and software development team leader.
