In addition, he has managed IT help desk and technical support groups and has overseen IT operations and budgets. He is an open-source contributor and continues to develop using languages such as C++, Java, PHP and Python. Apress published Mr. Kenefick's book "Real World Software Configuration Management" in 2003.
