Nathan Wilson covers development methodologies at Gartner. Mr. Wilson's primary focus is the adoption and governance of agile development, including lean, Scrum and kanban methodologies. He also works with clients to integrate their development staff into DevOps teams. He has decades of hands-on experience architecting solutions, developing software and managing software development projects. His coverage includes the impact of agile development on the whole organization, from story development with the end user through deployment using DevOps approaches. He has an emphasis on improving software quality via the management of technical debt, integrated test, and continuous, automated test techniques. In addition to his research work, he is the Agenda Manager for the Modernizing Application Development agenda.
