Neil Osmond is a Research Vice President in Gartner's CIO Advisory team. Mr. Osmond's research is focused on addressing the needs of communications service providers (CSPs), especially on the topics of IT strategy, digital transformation, platform operating models, cost optimization, and process simplification. Specifically, he helps CSP CIOs and their direct reports understand what capabilities are needed and how new ways of working can be adopted to enable platform business models.
