Chris Silva is a Vice President, Analyst within Gartner's Security and Risk Leaders organization focused on mobile and endpoint security technologies such as SASE, EPP and EDR tools. I continue to support Gartner clients with their application of endpoint management technologies in pursuit of security and compliance-driven outcomes. Chris's research and advisory support clients making investments in EPP and EDR tooling, securing endpoints and their data and using tools like Unified endpoint Management (UEM) strategies to drive improvements to enable anywhere operations, securely. Mr. Silva regularly speaks at Gartner events, has been a featured speaker at The Consumer Electronics Show (CES). He is frequently featured in print, radio and television media in outlets including CNN, National Public Radio (NPR) and in trade publications and major print media such as the Wall Street Journal. Chris lives and works outside Boston, MA. When not fiddling with one of many pieces of technology littering his home office, he's cooking and trying to spend as much time outside and on the water as possible.
