Previously, Ms. Newbold-Knipp practiced marketing for 12 years, including leadership roles at SaaS marketing and commerce software companies HubSpot and Bigcommerce. Before joining Gartner, she had progressive responsibility in all areas of marketing, with a strong foundation in product management and product marketing. In her most recent roles, she led a team of 20 marketers responsible for brand, PR and communications, content marketing, product marketing, campaigns, and creative. She has built many high-performing teams, crafted and streamlined processes, defined new product lines, and even changed pricing to lift revenue by more than 10%. Most of her experience is in high-tech and software companies.
