Previous Experience

Dr. Nandan joined Gartner research after 17 years of experience in consulting, development of platform strategies, product management, OSS platforms development and technology implementation for CSPs. He has worked in multiple leadership roles at telecom business unit of TCS, where he led consulting engagements and developed platforms for managing devices, configurations and faults. His extensive work on CEM developed into consulting frameworks. Besides the CSP industry, he has experience consulting in the product engineering space for technology providers in the telecom industry. His academic research focused on strategic response to regulation by telecom service providers, where he studied the impact of firms' participation in regulatory processes, their strategic posture toward regulation, resultant operational models and information flow on the competitiveness of firms.
