Ms. Alaybeyi has more than 20 years of experience, both as a manager/leader and an individual contributor, in product management, software development, applications and field engineering support. She joined Gartner after working for Real Time Innovations (RTI) as a senior manager. At RTI, she was responsible for managing software developers and product managers, defining product features, maintaining roadmaps, researching target markets and establishing competitive analysis, as well as contributing to technical alliance and strategic partner management. Prior to joining RTI, Ms. Alaybeyi worked as a manager and lead at Echelon's IoT business unit, where she supported LonWorks IoT products. Before Echelon, she worked as a manager and/or individual contributor at Maillshell Inc., Kuokoa Networks Inc. and Edify Corporation.
