Kristin Mettraux is a Senior Director in Advisory with Gartner focused on helping CIOs, applications leaders, and heads of PMO improve their management practices and advance their function. Ms. Mettraux has spent more than fifteen years studying best practices in IT strategies and structures. She is inspired by her experiences identifying new insights and sharing these innovations in leadership conferences and roundtables with senior IT and PMO executives. She focuses on research around introducing and scaling agile and optimizing the structure and activities of the PMO. She also frequently helps IT leadership teams develop their talent management strategies, including workforce planning, recruiting strategies, training curriculum and career pathing.
