Roles and Responsibilities

Jasleen Kaur Sindhu is a Senior Director of Advisory in the Financial Services practice at Gartner. Ms. Sindhu has been with Gartner for more than eight years, and leads live and virtual executive education meetings where she closely works with Heads of Retail Banking, and FS Business Operations Leaders. In her role, she partners with FS business leaders, and operations leaders to understand the issues they care about the most. And then she partners with research analysts to build insights that our clients can use to solve these issues. Her main area of focus is the Financial Services industry, where she covers operational excellence and cost optimization, talent management, customer experience and go-to-market initiatives. In her prior role at Gartner, she headed the quantitative research practice that focused on building data-based insights for Retail Banking, Commercial Banking and Wealth Management sectors.
