Chris Kelly is a member of the Supply Chain research team where he works on key initiatives related to the CSCO's strategic leadership and the supply chain's strategy realization. Throughout all of his projects, Chris seeks to address the biggest questions and challenges that supply chain leaders have have. Topics that are covered are supplier performance, design quality, culture of quality, the organizational structure of the quality function, how to adapt quality to successfully navigate the digital and analytics transformation, and how to maintain the highest customer experience. Prior to the Supply Chain, Chris covered quality management and corporate real estate research.
