Gareth Herschel covers Customer Analytics, helping business-to-consumer organizations understand how analytics can be used to shape the customer experience and to prioritize areas of investment across the range of customer processes. Mr. Herschel is also the Agenda Manager for the Analytics Research team, helping define the way Gartner will help clients determine an analytics strategy for their organization and manage the accompanying investments.
